4" well pump Ameira DAB S4 3/9 M TW 0,55 KW 15 MT for use in 4" well pipe (DN100)

APPLICATION
Multistage electric submersible pump with a water-filled or oil-filled DAB motor that provides a wide range of hydraulic power.
Designed for water supply, gardening and irrigation as well as water pumping from boreholes, residential and commercial.
Applications in irrigation systems also for agriculture.

DESIGN FEATURES
Technopolymer impellers in casing with stainless steel adjusting rings. Pump bushing, shaft, coupling with motor, integrated filter and cable cover
made of stainless steel. Suction and discharge connections in AISI 304 stainless steel. Removable built-in check valve in technopolymer or with stainless steel plate
(depending on the model). Technopolymer impellers that ensure suitably high efficiencies. Comply with Directive 2009/125 / EC (Eco
Design - ErP) with MEI index ≥ 0.4 for the entire series. ACS certificate granted, WRAS and DM174 certificate pending.

MOTOR TYPE.
The pump body can be connected to 4GG motors (4TW or 4GX on request).
4GG is a two-pole asynchronous motor with water contact parts made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The ball bearings and the bushings are cooled and
lubricated with a mixture of water and glycol. The rotor is mounted on a Kingsbury self-centering bearing that can withstand high axial
loads. The stator is immersed in a thermosetting insulating resin with high heat dissipation capability and encased in an
AISI 304 airtight stainless steel enclosure.

4OL is a two-pole induction motor with AISI 304L stainless steel wetted parts. The cooling and lubrication of ball bearings is provided
ensured by a special fluid approved for contact with foodstuffs. The windable stator is housed in a casing
made of AISI 304L stainless steel, fixed to the upper support of the motor with steel pins. Equipped with a carbon ceramic mechanical seal.

For both motors:
Removable cable plug, ACS, WRAS and KTW certified cable, motor suitable for inverters (30 Hz - 50 Hz). In the
50 Hz single-phase version, the capacitor and the manually resettable overload protection are located in the electrical control panel (to be ordered separately/ included in the KIT version).
