Does an item not meet your expectations? Did you order too much? Is a product damaged or incorrectly delivered?
You can return clean and unused goods in their original packaging at your own expense within four weeks of receiving the delivery. After this period has expired, we can no longer accept returns. Sets and packaging units can only be returned complete and in their original packaging. Unannounced returns or returns without an enclosed returns bill cannot be processed by us and will be returned to the sender.
Exchange: return and new order. In case of an exchange, you can return the incorrectly ordered goods and order the newly required items in our online store. If you have any questions about the return, we are happy to help you at any time by mail!
Registration of the return:
Fill out the selection fields of the delivery bill in PDF format, which we have sent you with the shipping confirmation as an email attachment. Send it by e-mail toy [email protected]
And this is how it works:
1. Contact us
Announce your return using the completed delivery bill from the email shipping confirmation.
You can enter reasons and quantities directly via the selection fields in the PDF, save it and send it as an email attachment to:

2. Packaging
We only take back clean and unused goods in the original packaging. Please cushion & close the package so that no damage occurs during transport and the goods do not fall out.
Enclose a copy of the return slip with your shipment, which we will send to you after you register the return.
3. Submit
Frank your package and deliver it to a DHL Packstation or branch. Keep the receipt of the shipment, as this serves as proof of your return.
We will refund the payment after reviewing the products. (Right of Withdrawal)
General information
The fulfillment of these return conditions is not a compulsory requirement for the successful exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Please note, that our return conditions do not include free return labels.
If the returned goods are no longer in their original condition or if the return is made after the expiry of the cancellation period, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return.
For the correct assignment, please enclose the return bill that we sent you after registering your return. Returns without return bill will not be processed by us and will be returned to the sender.

After a careful examination, we will refund the value of the products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sample orders, special orders and individually produced products. You will receive the official cancellation policy together with the invoice as a PDF. You can also access them here.
