Good to know: 

All our pumps deliver an optimum flow rate of at least 1.8 m³/h at 3.5 bar for the operation of irrigation systems. Frequent switching on reduces the service life of your water pump. An expansion tank in the pressure line stabilizes the pressure and prevents the pump from switching on too frequently.

With your own well, irrigation can be operated particularly cost-effectively - and we have the perfect pump for this.

The quick and secure connection from the tap to the PE pipe: the Plug&Rain® tap connection connects the garden tap to the permanent pressure pipe laid underground and is equipped with an additional outlet for manual water withdrawal.

Flexible: If a permanent connection of the irrigation system is not an option, the water supply can be implemented with this temporary connection. Large internal diameters allow high flow rates.

Ensures the safety, reliability and longevity of your system: The main valve only opens the water inlet during the set irrigation times. Particles such as sand or organic material are safely removed via the filter so that the nozzles and drip outlets do not clog and function permanently.

The underfloor version in the sturdy Carson underfloor shaft is pre-assembled ready for installation. In the version for wall mounting, the filter unit is supplied in two pre-assembled parts and with a complete fixing set.

The pressure-resistant pipe carries the water from the water source to the valve distribution and is under permanent pressure. Before the first solenoid valve, the pressure resistance of the supply line should be at least PN10 (corresponds to a pressure resistance of 10 bar at 20°C). Our compression fittings are designed for permanent pressure up to 16 bar. As a rule, pipes with an outer diameter of 25 mm (¾" PE pipe) and 32 mm (1" PE pipe) are used. When purchasing, pay attention to the following parameters in addition to the required length of the pipe material

• Diameter: 25 mm or 32 mm
• Pressure resistance: min. PN10, better PN16
• UV resistance: Only use black PE pipe for above-ground installation

To connect your Plug&Rain® installation components to each other, you will need sufficient PE pipe in the correct dimensions.

Important: After the first valve, the pressure is lower due to the consumer and is only present temporarily. As a rule, more flexible PE pipe (PN6) can then be used.

When purchasing, pay attention to the following parameters in addition to the required length of the pipe material:

• Diameter: 24 mm Blu-Lock, 25 mm, 32 mm
• Pressure resistance: PN6 to PN16, i.e. pressure-resistant from 6 bar to 16 bar depending on the model
• UV resistance: Only use black PE pipe for above-ground installation

If you have a large garden, the distance to the nearest tap can be long. A water socket in the garden allows water to be drawn from where it is needed. It is simply and easily connected to the permanent pressure line between the water supply and valve distribution using a T-piece.
