The Dura manifold fittings are made of PVC. They are designed so that the manifold can simply be installed in a valve box
or mounted on the wall. The Dura union fittings can be tightened hand-tight without the need for tools.

When installing the Dura manifold, care should be taken to ensure that PE pipes are routed to the manifold without tension so that no lateral forces act on the DURA connectors. This can be achieved, for example, by using an additional elbow in the PE pipe.

The fittings from DURA make it easy for you to connect valves to irrigation systems. You can use the multiple manifold from DURA. You can screw solenoid valves from Hunter or Rain Bird into the existing internal threads. The smooth faces of the solenoid valves are pressed onto the O-ring integrated in the manifold. This seals the entire valve manifold when they are hand-tightened. These DURA fittings make it possible to easily remove valves for servicing, for example, even after many years. Professional tip: Set up the manifold so that solenoid valves, for example, are accessible from the right and left via a union fitting. Then it is not necessary to disconnect PE lines or disassemble the entire distributor from one end to replace a defective fitting in the middle!
