For a 20 x 20 metre riding arena, a precisely coordinated sprinkler layout is used to ensure optimal overlap and even irrigation. This adjustment ensures that the riding sand is consistently moistened and dust is minimised – for perfect conditions on compact training areas.

This set includes 4 solenoid valves, each controlling one sprinkler segment. The solenoid valves are integrated directly into the lines, which reduces material requirements and simplifies installation. This precise control ensures efficient water distribution and reliable irrigation. This set uses the PGV-101G model with Hunter flow control. This solenoid valve is characterised by its robust construction and durability, which has been specially developed for irrigation systems. Thanks to the integrated flow control, the amount of water can be precisely adjusted to ensure optimal irrigation. The valve is made of high-quality plastic and is therefore particularly resistant to pressure and temperature fluctuations. With a 1-inch connection and easy maintenance, the PGV-101G is ideal for reliable use in irrigation systems.

The Hunter I-25-04 rotor is one of the most high-quality solutions for riding arena irrigation. With a throw range of 11.9 to 21.6 metres and an adjustable irrigation sector of 50° to 360°, this sprinkler offers maximum reach and precision. Its robust construction and high-quality materials make it particularly durable and reliable, even in demanding conditions. The I-25-04 ensures an even distribution of water, effectively reducing dust formation in the riding sand and thus creating optimal conditions for horse and rider. Perfect for large areas where performance and quality are paramount. This kit includes an irrigation solution with 4 rotors that are strategically positioned to ensure optimal overlap and even water distribution. The precise alignment of the sprinklers ensures that the entire area is watered effectively, ensuring that the sand is ideally moistened and that dust formation. A single sprinkler in this set consumes 3 m3/h of water and is thus optimally designed for precise and efficient irrigation. This consumption enables an even water distribution and ensures reliable wetting of the riding arena. The consumption of all sprinklers in this set is 12 m3/h. To achieve the correct throw range, nozzle no. 15 is used in this set.

This set includes pipes with a total length of 85 metres, which are specially designed to meet the requirements of the irrigation system. Pipes with a diameter of 32 mm are used in this set for watering riding arenas. The pipe diameter is optimally matched to the requirements of the irrigation system and ensures reliable water supply and efficient performance. This design ensures a safe and long-lasting installation.

Included is a bevelling tool specially designed for deburring PE pipes with a diameter of up to 63 mm. It makes installation much easier because the pipes can be prepared cleanly and with precision. A fitting key, specially designed for installing the clamp connectors, is also included. This tool makes installing the clamp connections much easier. The key ensures a secure fit and a reliable seal, which supports the efficiency and durability of the entire irrigation system. Also included are cutting pliers specially designed for precise cutting of PE pipes. These achieve clean and straight cuts, which simplifies installation and ensures an optimal fit of the pipe in the clamp connector.

Each kit also includes extensive installation materials that enable the installation of the irrigation system. These include compression fittings in the appropriate sizes, pipe clamps, hanger bolts, wall plugs, cables and electrical connectors for the secure electrical connection of the solenoid valves. With these accessories, the system can be installed smoothly and completely.
