For a riding arena measuring 20 x 20 metres, a precisely coordinated sprinkler layout is used to ensure optimal overlap and even irrigation. This adaptation ensures that the riding sand is continuously moistened and dust formation is minimised – for perfect conditions on compact training areas.

This set includes 4 solenoid valves, each controlling one sprinkler segment. The solenoid valves are integrated directly into the lines, reducing material requirements and simplifying installation. This precise control ensures efficient water distribution and reliable irrigation. This set uses the Hunter PGV-101G model with flow control. This solenoid valve is characterised by its robust construction and durability, which has been specially developed for irrigation systems. Thanks to the integrated flow control, the amount of water can be precisely adjusted to ensure optimal irrigation. The valve is made of high-quality plastic and is therefore particularly resistant to pressure and temperature fluctuations. With a 1-inch connection and easy maintenance, the PGV-101G is ideal for reliable use in irrigation systems.

The Hunter I-20-04 gear-driven sprinkler is a reliable and versatile solution for watering riding arenas. With a precise throw range of 7 to 17 metres and an adjustable irrigation sector of 50° to 360°, it is ideal for evenly watering sandy riding areas. Its robust construction and integrated resistance to dirty water ensure smooth operation even in demanding conditions. Thanks to precise water distribution, the I-20-04 sprinkler effectively reduces dust and ensures an optimally watered riding arena – perfect for a dust-free and pleasant training. This set includes an irrigation solution with 4 sprinklers that are strategically positioned to ensure optimal overlap and even water distribution. The precise alignment of the sprinklers ensures that the entire area is watered effectively, guaranteeing that the sand is ideally moistened and that dust is avoided . A single sprinkler in this set consumes 1 m3/h of water and is therefore optimally designed for precise and efficient irrigation. This consumption enables even water distribution and ensures that the riding arena is reliably watered. The consumption of all sprinklers in this set is 4 m3/h. To achieve the correct throw range, nozzle no. 3 is used in this set.

This set contains 85 metres of piping that is specially designed for irrigation systems. This set for watering the riding arena uses 25 mm diameter pipes. The pipe diameter is optimally matched to the requirements of the irrigation system and ensures reliable water supply and efficient performance. This design ensures a safe and long-lasting installation.

Included is a bevelling tool specially designed for deburring PE pipes with a diameter of up to 63 mm. It makes installation considerably easier, as the pipes can be prepared cleanly and precisely. The set also includes a cutting tool specially designed for precise cutting of PE pipes. This achieves clean and straight cuts, simplifying installation and ensuring an optimal fit of the pipe in the clamp connector.

Each set also includes a wide range of installation materials to enable the installation of the irrigation system. These include compression fittings in the appropriate sizes, pipe clamps, hanger bolts, wall plugs, as well as cable and electrical connectors for the secure electrical connection of the solenoid valves. With the help of these accessories, the system can be installed smoothly and completely.
