A precisely designed sprinkler layout is used for an 20 x 20 metre riding arena, ensuring optimal overlap and even irrigation. This adjustment ensures that the riding sand is consistently moistened and dust is minimised – for perfect conditions on compact training areas.

This set includes 4 solenoid valves, each controlling one sprinkler segment. The solenoid valves are integrated directly into the lines, which reduces material requirements and simplifies installation. This precise control ensures efficient water distribution and reliable irrigation. This set uses the Hunter model PGV-101G, which has flow control. This solenoid valve is characterised by its robust construction and durability, which has been specially developed for irrigation systems. Thanks to the integrated flow control, the amount of water can be precisely adjusted to ensure optimal irrigation. The valve is made of high-quality plastic and is therefore particularly resistant to pressure and temperature fluctuations. With a 1-inch connection and easy maintenance, the PGV-101G is ideal for reliable use in irrigation systems.

The Hunter PGP-ADJ rotor is a versatile and proven solution for equestrian centre irrigation. With an adjustable spray sector of 40° to 360° and a robust construction, it is perfectly suited to the requirements of an equestrian centre. Its precise water distribution effectively reduces dust and ensures that the sand is evenly moistened. Thanks to the durable materials and reliable technology, the PGP-ADJ is ideal for use on riding arenas to create optimal conditions for horse and rider. This kit includes an irrigation solution with 4 rotors that are strategically positioned to ensure optimal overlap and even water distribution. The precise alignment of the sprinklers ensures that the entire area is watered effectively, ensuring that the sand is ideally moistened and that dust is avoided. A single sprinkler in this set consumes 1 m³/h of water and is thus optimally designed for precise and efficient irrigation. This consumption rate enables even water distribution and ensures that the riding arena is reliably watered. The consumption of all sprinklers in this set is 4 m3/h. To achieve the correct throw range, nozzle no. 7 is used in the sprinkler in this set.

This set contains 85 metres of piping that is specially designed for the requirements of the irrigation system. 25 mm diameter pipes are used in this set for watering the riding arena. The pipe diameter is optimally matched to the requirements of the irrigation system and ensures reliable water supply and efficient performance. This design ensures a safe and long-lasting installation.

Each kit also includes extensive mounting material to enable the installation of the irrigation system. These include compression fittings in the appropriate sizes, pipe clamps, hanger bolts, wall plugs, as well as cable and electrical connectors for the secure electrical connection of the solenoid valves. Using the accessories, the system can be installed smoothly and completely.
