A riding arena measuring 20 x 40 metres requires a sprinkler layout that is ideally suited to the elongated shape. The optimised overlap ensures that the sand is watered evenly, avoiding dust formation and achieving even wetting over the entire surface.

With 8 solenoid valves, this set ensures efficient and precise water control. The solenoid valves are integrated into the lines, reducing material and installation costs while enabling reliable irrigation. The Hunter PGV-101G model with flow control is used in this set. This solenoid valve is characterised by its robust construction and durability, which has been specially developed for irrigation systems. Thanks to the integrated flow control, the amount of water can be precisely adjusted to ensure optimal irrigation. The valve is made of high-quality plastic and is therefore particularly resistant to pressure and temperature fluctuations. With a 1-inch connection and easy maintenance, the PGV-101G is ideal for reliable use in irrigation systems.

The Hunter I-20-04 gear-driven sprinkler is a reliable and versatile solution for watering riding arenas. With a precise throw range of 7 to 17 metres and an adjustable irrigation sector of 50° to 360°, it is ideal for evenly watering sandy riding areas. Its robust construction and integrated resistance to dirty water ensure smooth operation even in demanding conditions. Thanks to precise water distribution, the I-20-04 sprinkler effectively reduces dust and ensures an optimally watered riding area – perfect for a dust-free and pleasant training. With 8 sprinklers in this set, a powerful irrigation solution is provided, which achieves perfect overlap through the strategic placement of the sprinklers. This configuration ensures that the area is evenly moistened, making irrigation particularly efficient and reliable A single sprinkler in this set uses 2 m³/h of water and is therefore optimally designed for precise and efficient irrigation. This consumption enables even water distribution and ensures that the riding arena is reliably watered. The consumption of all sprinklers in this set is 16 m³/h. In order to achieve the correct throw range, the nozzle no. 8 is used in the sprinkler.

This set contains 135 metres of piping that is specially designed for the requirements of the irrigation system. This set for watering riding arenas uses 32 mm diameter pipes. The pipe diameter is optimally matched to the requirements of the irrigation system and ensures reliable water supply and efficient performance. This design ensures a safe and long-lasting installation.

Included is a bevelling tool specially designed for deburring PE pipes with a diameter of up to 63 mm. It makes installation much easier because the pipes can be prepared cleanly and with precision. A fitting key, specially designed for installing the clamp connectors, is also included. This tool makes installing the clamp connections much easier. The key ensures a secure fit and a reliable seal, which supports the efficiency and durability of the entire irrigation system. Also included are cutting pliers specially designed for precise cutting of PE pipes. These achieve clean and straight cuts, which simplifies installation and ensures an optimal fit of the pipe in the clamp connector.

Each kit also includes extensive installation materials that enable the installation of the irrigation system. These include compression fittings in the appropriate sizes, pipe clamps, hanger bolts, wall plugs, cables and electrical connectors for the secure electrical connection of the solenoid valves. With these accessories, the system can be installed smoothly and completely.
