The 20 x 60 meter riding arena benefits from a specially adapted sprinkler layout that ensures precise overlap and optimal water distribution. This configuration ensures that the sand is completely wetted and provides excellent conditions for demanding dressage or show jumping exercises.

This set uses 10 solenoid valves to precisely control water distribution. Incorporating valves into the lines minimizes material requirements and simplifies installation without sacrificing efficiency. This kit uses the PGV-101G, which features flow regulation from Hunter. This solenoid valve is characterized by its robust construction and durability, which has been specially developed for irrigation systems. Thanks to the integrated flow control, the amount of water can be precisely adjusted to ensure optimal irrigation. The valve is made of high-quality plastic and is therefore particularly resistant to pressure and temperature fluctuations. With a 1-inch connection and easy maintenance, the PGV-101G is ideal for reliable use in irrigation systems.

The Hunter I-20-04 gear-driven sprinkler is a reliable and versatile solution for watering riding arenas. With a precise throw range of 7 to 17 meters and an adjustable irrigation sector of 50° to 360°, it is ideal for evenly watering sand-based riding arenas. Its robust construction and integrated resistance to dirty water ensure smooth operation even in demanding conditions. Thanks to precise water distribution, the I-20-04 sprinkler effectively reduces dust and ensures that the riding arena is optimally watered – perfect for a dust-free and pleasant training session. This set includes a configuration with 10 sprinklers designed for optimal water distribution. The coordinated positioning of the sprinklers ensures complete overlap and even coverage, creating ideal conditions for a dust-free and thoroughly moistened surface. A single sprinkler in this set consumes 2 m3/h of water and is therefore optimally designed for precise and efficient irrigation. This consumption enables even water distribution and ensures that the riding arena is reliably watered. The consumption of all sprinklers in this set is 20 m3/h. To achieve the correct throw range, the nozzle no. 8 is used in the sprinkler.

This set includes pipes with a total length of 175 meters, which are specially designed for the requirements of the irrigation system. Pipes with a diameter of 32 mm are used in this set for watering the riding arena. The pipe diameter is optimally matched to the requirements of the irrigation system and ensures reliable water supply and efficient performance. This design ensures a safe and long-lasting installation.

Included is a beveling tool specially designed for deburring PE pipes with a diameter of up to 63 mm. It makes installation much easier because the pipes can be prepared cleanly and precisely. A fitting wrench specially designed for assembling the clamp connectors is also included. This tool makes installing the clamp connections much easier. The key ensures a secure fit and a reliable seal, which supports the efficiency and durability of the entire irrigation system. Also included are cutting pliers specially designed for precise cutting of PE pipes. These achieve clean and straight cuts, which simplifies installation and ensures an optimal fit of the pipe in the compression fitting.

Each kit also includes extensive mounting material that enables the installation of the irrigation system. These include compression fittings in the appropriate sizes, pipe clamps, hanger bolts, wall plugs, as well as cable and electrical connectors for the secure electrical connection of the solenoid valves. With the help of these accessories, the system can be installed smoothly and completely.
