The 20 x 60-metre riding arena benefits from a specially adapted sprinkler layout that ensures precise overlap and optimal water distribution. This configuration ensures that the sand is completely wetted and provides excellent conditions for demanding dressage or show jumping exercises.

With 8 solenoid valves, this set ensures efficient and precise water control. The solenoid valves are integrated into the lines, thus reducing material and installation costs while enabling reliable irrigation. This set uses the PGV-101G model with flow control from Hunter. This solenoid valve is characterised by its robust construction and durability, which was specially developed for irrigation systems. Thanks to the integrated flow control, the amount of water can be precisely adjusted to ensure optimal irrigation. The valve is made of high-quality plastic and is therefore particularly resistant to pressure and temperature fluctuations. With a 1-inch connection and easy maintenance, the PGV-101G is ideal for reliable use in irrigation systems.

The Hunter I-25-04 rotor is one of the most high-quality solutions for riding arena irrigation. With a throw range of 11.9 to 21.6 metres and an adjustable irrigation sector of 50° to 360°, this sprinkler offers maximum range and precision. Its robust construction and high-quality materials make it particularly durable and reliable, even under demanding conditions. The I-25-04 ensures an even water distribution and effectively reduces dust formation in the riding sand, creating optimal conditions for horse and rider. Perfect for large areas where performance and quality are paramount. With 8 sprinklers in this set, a powerful irrigation solution is provided, which achieves perfect overlap through the strategic placement of the sprinklers. This configuration ensures that the area is evenly moistened, making irrigation particularly efficient and reliable. A single sprinkler in this set consumes 5.9 m³/h of water and is therefore optimally designed for precise and efficient irrigation. This consumption enables even water distribution and ensures that the riding arena is reliably watered . The consumption of all sprinklers in this set is 47.2 m³/h. To achieve the correct throw range, nozzle no. 25 is used in this set.

This set contains a total of 216 metres of pipe, which is specially designed to meet the requirements of the irrigation system. Pipes with a diameter of 50 mm are used in this set for watering the riding arena. The pipe diameter is optimally matched to the requirements of the irrigation system and ensures reliable water supply and efficient performance. This design ensures a safe and long-lasting installation.

Included is a bevelling tool specially designed for deburring PE pipes with a diameter of up to 63 mm. It makes installation much easier because the pipes can be prepared cleanly and with precision. A fitting key, specially designed for installing the clamp connectors, is also included. This tool makes installing the clamp connections much easier. The key ensures a secure fit and a reliable seal, which supports the efficiency and durability of the entire irrigation system. Also included are cutting pliers specially designed for precise cutting of PE pipes. These achieve clean and straight cuts, which simplifies installation and ensures an optimal fit of the pipe in the clamp connector.

Each kit also includes extensive installation materials that enable the installation of the irrigation system. These include compression fittings in the appropriate sizes, pipe clamps, hanger bolts, wall plugs, cables and electrical connectors for the secure electrical connection of the solenoid valves. With these accessories, the system can be installed smoothly and completely.
