For an arena measuring 20 x 20 meters, a precisely coordinated sprinkler layout is used to ensure optimal overlap and even irrigation. This customization ensures that the riding sand is consistently moistened and dust is minimized – for perfect conditions on compact training areas.

This set includes 4 solenoid valves, each controlling a sprinkler segment. The solenoid valves are integrated directly into the lines, which reduces material requirements and simplifies installation. This precise control ensures efficient water distribution and reliable irrigation. This set uses the PGV-101G model with Hunter flow control. This solenoid valve is characterized by its robust construction and durability, which was specially developed for irrigation systems. Thanks to the integrated flow control, the amount of water can be precisely adjusted to ensure optimal irrigation. The valve is made of high-quality plastic and is therefore particularly resistant to pressure and temperature fluctuations. With a 1-inch connection and easy maintenance, the PGV-101G is ideal for reliable use in irrigation systems.

The Hunter I-25-04 gear-driven sprinkler is one of the highest quality solutions for riding arena irrigation. With a throw range of 11.9 to 21.6 meters and an adjustable irrigation sector of 50° to 360°, this sprinkler offers maximum range and precision. Its robust construction and high-quality materials make it particularly durable and reliable, even in demanding conditions. The I-25-04 ensures an even distribution of water, effectively reducing dust formation in the riding sand and thus creating optimal conditions for horse and rider. Perfect for large areas where performance and quality are paramount. This kit includes an irrigation solution with 4 rotors that are strategically positioned to ensure optimal overlap and even water distribution. The precise alignment of the sprinklers ensures that the entire area is watered effectively, ensuring that the sand is ideally moistened and that dust formation. A single sprinkler in this set consumes 3 m3/h of water and is thus optimally designed for precise and efficient irrigation. This consumption enables an even distribution of water and ensures that the riding arena is reliably watered. The consumption of all sprinklers in this set is 12 m3/h. To achieve the correct throw range, a nozzle no. 15 is used in this set.

This set does not include any PE pipes. A total of 85 meters of pipe with a diameter of 32mm is required for installation. This dimension is optimally matched to the requirements of the irrigation system and ensures reliable water supply and efficient performance.

Included is a beveling tool specially designed for deburring PE pipes with a diameter of up to 63 mm. It makes installation much easier because the pipes can be prepared cleanly and precisely. A fitting wrench specially designed for assembling the clamp connectors is also included. This tool makes installing the clamp connections much easier. The key ensures a secure fit and a reliable seal, which supports the efficiency and durability of the entire irrigation system. Also included are cutting pliers specially designed for precise cutting of PE pipes. These achieve clean and straight cuts, which simplifies installation and ensures an optimal fit of the pipe in the compression fitting.

Each kit also includes extensive mounting material that enables the installation of the irrigation system. These include compression fittings in the appropriate sizes, pipe clamps, hanger bolts, wall plugs, as well as cable and electrical connectors for the secure electrical connection of the solenoid valves. With the help of these accessories, the system can be installed smoothly and completely.
