The inconspicuous brown RainBird supply line for Plug&Rain® micro-irrigation^® PREMIUM

Connect your underfloor installation with the Plug&Rain^® micro irrigation

Would you like your underfloor irrigation system to water the lemon trees on your patio? Or even your own greenhouse?

Simply let the irrigation controller of your underfloor system take control of your micro-irrigation system! A free valve in your valve distribution and a free control circuit can be enough for this.

From your valve distribution system, lay a pipe the size of your irrigation installation underground to the vicinity of your future micro-irrigation system. Use our drip pipe connection to connect to the 16 mm supply line of this set and reduce the water pressure to the recommended 1.8 bar. For cistern water in particular, we recommend installing a fine filter here to protect the micro-irrigation elements from clogging.

Depending on the pipe dimensions of your underfloor installation, you will also need:

Connection in the 24 mm Blu-Lock system (standard planning in our planning software): without fine filter, with fine filter

Connection to 25 mm pipe: without fine filter, with fine filter

Connection to your 32 mm pipe: without fine filter, with fine filter

Simply lay the supply line from the drip tube connection to your plants and cover it with some soil if desired. Corners or branches can be filled in using the enclosed connectors.

The water is transferred to the selected micro-irrigation elements in the immediate vicinity of the plants. This minimizes pressure losses in the pipes.

Please note when combining with underfloor irrigation:

• the minimum water withdrawal of 50L/h for correct functioning of the 1" Hunter PGV valves
• The minimum water consumption according to the pump specification when using a pump (drinking water separation station, well pump, cistern pump or domestic waterworks, etc.)

Technical:

The set contains 25 m of brown PE supply line from RainBird (Ø 16 mm) and a connector set (also RainBird) to lay the supply line according to your requirements. If required, the supply line can be fixed to the ground in the areas above ground using the enclosed ground hooks. The pipe is sufficiently dimensioned for a flow rate of up to 0.7 m³/h.

Caution:

This set is only intended for outdoor use. Please remove the water from your irrigation system during the frost period by blowing it out with compressed air or store the parts of the irrigation system protected from frost during the winter.
