Electronic pump control Easy Small wired - PEDROLLO PRESS FLOW CONTROL

Press-Flow- Sensor for switching well pumps and cistern pumps for irrigation.
The Easy Small can switch pumps with a motor power of up to 1.5 KW, has an
integrated dry-running protection and a fixed switch-on pressure of 1.5 bar.
The Pres-Flow module is ready to plug in and can be used immediately.

Description of Pedrollo Easy Small pump controller

Flow and pressure sensor suitable for controlling and protecting single-phase well and cistern pumps up to 1.5 kW (for household applications). The controller starts the pump when the system pressure drops. This pressure drop can be caused by a solenoid valve activated by a watering computer, as well as by manual water withdrawal from a water outlet or tap.
After closing the solenoid valve or the tapping point, the pump stops as soon as the flow rate in the main line falls below 2 l/min.

INSTALLATION AND USE

The flow and pressure sensor is used to control and protect single-phase pumps up to 1.5 kW (for domestic use). The pump is started when the system pressure drops (e.g. when a tap is opened) and stops when the flow rate drops below 2 l/min (tap closed). The Easy Small is equipped with an integrated non-return valve. The module can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The maximum height difference between the EASYSMALL control and the highest tap is 11 meters. The Easy Small can be mounted in an environment with up to 90% humidity, so also in a well shaft.

RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES IN ADDITION TO THE STANDARD INSTALLATION

In order to avoid frequent restarts, we recommend installing a small expansion tank.

APPLICATION:

The Pedrollo Easy Small pump controller is suitable for installation in domestic garden irrigation projects together with a well pump or cistern pump. The pump controller is ideally suited for the pressure- and flow-dependent control of the pump in the following areas: water pumping from rainwater cisterns and wells, domestic garden irrigation with lawn irrigation, hedge and bed irrigation, wells with a maximum delivery rate of 400 l/h and a maximum pressure of 10 bar.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

The Pedrollo Easy Small pump control can be fitted either to the outlet opening of the pump or at any point within the constant pressure line between the pump and the main valve or between the pump and the valve shaft in an irrigation system. No other taps may be installed between the well or cistern pump and the Easy Small dü, as otherwise the water withdrawal would take place in the measuring range. The module can be used with either a horizontal or vertical outlet by simply changing the screw settings.
