The compressor is optimally designed for generating compressed air for winterizing irrigation systems. The air flow of up to approx. 100 l/min is ideal for blowing out garden irrigation systems with up to 32 mm PE pipe. The 1500 W motor is oil-free and thus particularly low-maintenance.

Like many conventional compressors, the Metabo Basic 250-24 W OF works with a maximum pressure of 8 bar, which is more than sufficient for domestic use. If a constant, lower pressure is required, e.g. for a drip tube or for micro-irrigation, this can be optimally adjusted using the built-in pressure controller. The manometer indicates the set working pressure.

During operation, a factory-set pressure switch ensures that the compressor automatically refills at a tank pressure of 6 bar with a suction capacity of 220 liters per minute until it has reached 8 bar again.

The quick-release coupling makes it possible to quickly and easily connect the required compressed air connections, which speeds up the work process. Simply plug it in and get started.

The compact compressor, with a length of 62 cm, a width of 33 cm and a height of 60 cm, is particularly suitable for use in confined spaces. Whether the compressor is used in a small workshop or for transport and storage, the space-saving design is an advantage. The rubberized foot and the tare weight of just under 24 kg ensure a secure stand.
