Holding clip for gearbox sprinklers - HUNTER
If you have ever tried to replace the wires on a HUNTER gearbox sprinkler without help, you will realize that this can be quite a challenge on your own. Especially with gearbox sprinkler models that have a strong spring force, such as the I-20 series, this can make life very difficult.
This retaining clip can help here. Using the HUNTER adjustment key HT17200 the riser is pulled out as usual and then secured by clipping in the retaining clip. Now the nozzle can be replaced without having to wrestle with the gearbox sprinkler. Once the nozzle has been replaced, the riser is lifted up again using a tool and the clip can be removed.
