From a technical point of view, an additional aspect needs to be taken into account here:
To prevent a vacuum when the drip pipes run empty and dirt particles from getting sucked into the emitters, an aeration valve should be integrated into the system at the highest point of the drip pipe strand.

The Plug&Rain® Add-On Set Expert for underground drip pipe includes a pre-mounted aeration valve, which can be easily integrated into the drip pipe in the enclosed box via the tee.
