The Rain-Bird XFS is protected from root ingrowth by Copper-Shield technology, making it suitable for both above-ground and underground installation. Its high flexibility makes it easy to install. The pressure-compensating drippers deliver uniform irrigation along the entire length of the dripline, even on slopes. The drip pipe is connected via pressure-reducing connection units such as ZS-TR24EXP-01-VM.
If underground installation is desired, ventilation of the drip pipe must be ensured so that no particles are sucked into the drip points after the irrigation phase. The appropriate supplementary set for underground installation (ZS-TREXP-02-VM or ZS-TRPREM-02-VM) can be used for this purpose.
