50m roll of PE pipe PN4: pipe for your micro irrigation and drip irrigation.
To install a micro irrigation you can use this PE pipe in the garden or on balcony and terrace. It is mounted, for example, to a water tap by means of an adapter piece to 3/4" male thread. Barb fittings or 16mm fittings can be used for mounting L-pieces, T-pieces or end pieces. The supply line serves as the main line for installing drip irrigation, spray irrigation or micro irrigation. It is connected to the faucet using an adapter from ¾" male thread to 13mm Barb. Optionally, a faucet control and a pressure reducer are interposed.
Depending on the line pressure and line length, approx. 0.5-1 m³ of water per hour can be pumped through a ½" pipe. This is sufficient to irrigate e.g. 50 drip points with 20 liters per hour in a drip irrigation system. For higher water requirements, several irrigation circuits must be set up. These can then be controlled with a 2-circuit water tap control or with a valve box.
The following options are available for connecting drippers or sprinklers:
A: A hole is punched in the PE pipe using a 4mm punch and a dripper or sprayer is inserted directly.
B: A hole is punched in the PE pipe by means of a punch, a 4mm branch is inserted, a 4mm ID hose is attached to it and a dripper or sprayer is placed on top of it. The dripper is then fixed to the root ball with a ground spike, so it is above ground and less likely to get dirty.
C: With the patented quick assembly for the installation of a drip and spray irrigation. The branch is placed on the PE pipe, the mandrel bores into the pipe, then the branch is fixed by squeezing the clamp. No tools are necessary. The 4mm ID hose can be attached directly.
