An impressive 50 x 100-metre riding arena requires a sprinkler layout that has been precisely designed for this exceptional size. The optimal overlap guarantees even irrigation, so that the entire area is watered without gaps – perfect for large equestrian centres with the highest demands.

This set uses the Hunter ICV-201G solenoid valve with flow control. This solenoid valve impresses with its extremely robust construction, which has been specially developed for demanding and professional irrigation systems. With an integrated flow control, it allows for precise adjustment of the amount of water, ensuring optimal irrigation control. The valve is made of high-strength glass-fibre reinforced plastic and is particularly resistant to pressure and temperature changes. With a 2-inch connection, the ICV-201G is ideal for large and complex irrigation systems and offers maximum reliability and durability. A total of 8 of these solenoid valves are used.

The Sime Luxor sector sprinkler, which is part of this set for watering riding arenas, is ideal for this purpose. Its smooth rotation and variable arc settings provide gentle, even coverage that helps control dust and is gentle on sensitive soils. With 8 sprinklers in this set, a powerful irrigation solution is provided, which achieves perfect overlap through the strategic placement of the sprinklers. This configuration ensures that the area is evenly moistened, making irrigation particularly efficient and reliable. A single sprinkler in this set consumes 22 m3/h of water and is therefore optimally designed for precise and efficient irrigation. This consumption enables an even distribution of water and ensures that the riding arena is reliably watered. The consumption of all sprinklers in this set is 176 m3/h.

This set does not include any PE pipes. A total of 316 metres of pipe with a diameter of 75 mm is required for installation. These dimensions are perfectly suited to the requirements of the irrigation system and ensure reliable water supply and efficient performance.

The set also includes a robust craftsman's knife, which is ideal for deburring the large 75 mm pipes. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship and sharp blade, it enables clean cuts and precise work, which facilitates the installation of the irrigation system and ensures that the connections fit perfectly. A folding saw, which is particularly suitable for cutting the large 75 mm pipes, makes it easy to cut even large pipe diameters. Due to the large pipe diameter, the saw is indispensable for cutting the pipes into the appropriate sizes. The robust folding saw lies comfortably in the hand and makes installing the irrigation system considerably easier.

Each set also includes extensive mounting material that enables the installation of the irrigation system. This includes compression fittings in the appropriate sizes, pipe clamps, hanger bolts, wall plugs, as well as cable and electrical connectors for the secure electrical connection of the solenoid valves. With the help of these accessories, the system can be installed smoothly and completely.
