Heliflex Monoflat 3" / 4 bar – Professional flat hose for drip irrigation

The Heliflex Monoflat 3" / 4 bar is the reliable standard hose for water distribution in professional irrigation systems. As a primary line, it transports large volumes of water from the pump or reservoir directly to the field—with a theoretical flow rate of over 25 m³/h at the recommended flow velocity.

The single-layer construction of flexible PVC with fully embedded polyester fabric reliably prevents delamination under cyclic pressure loads thanks to the patented anti-delamination system. The smooth inner surface (Hazen-Williams coefficient 140–150) minimizes friction losses and ensures uniform water flow even over long distances.

The safety ratio of nearly 1:4 (4 bar operating pressure / 15 bar burst pressure) provides reliable protection against pressure surges. When depressurized, the hose collapses flat—no residual water, no risk of freezing, easy to roll up at the end of the season.
