Features and technical data:

• Irrigation type: pressure-compensating drip tubes with a dripper spacing of 50 cm. Ideal for even water distribution even on slopes.
• Laying method: Hanger on the vineyard wire, ensures a secure hold and optimized drip positioning
• Row length: 110 m per irrigation row
• Height difference: Maximum 35 m within each row
• Line: Flex line directly from the ground for easy installation and maintenance
• Total row length: 2800 m, distributed over 25 irrigation rows.
• System capacity: 8 m³/h at a pressure of 3 bar at the transfer point.
• Operating mode: Possibility of unpressurized operation without pressure reducer (approx. 0.35 m³/h per irrigation row per feed point)

• Fastening clips: 7000 hose clips (16 mm)
• Series connections: Each upline from the ground can be individually shut off, with NUT-Lock coupling and connector.
• Cross-distribution: Underground (slightly buried) and permanently laid.
• Head station: 50 m PE pipe (40 mm diameter) with 25 tapping clamps.
• Block distributor: Equipped with a filter and pressure regulation.
• Filtration: High-quality 2" disk filter with a filter size of 130 microns.
• Filter capacity: Up to 25 cbm/h, depending on the water quality
• Pressure regulator: 2", flow range from 4.5 to 22.5 m³/h, outlet pressure of 1.03 bar and a maximum operating pressure of 6.5 bar.
