Diaphragm for ICV-FS 1 1/2" and 2" - HUNTER
If a Hunter solenoid valve no longer closes properly, this is usually due to a dirty diaphragm. To check this, the 4 screws of the valve cover are loosened, the old diaphragm is removed, the valve seat is cleaned and inspected for damage (e.g. frost damage).
If the problem cannot be solved despite cleaning the diaphragm and the seal seat, then replacing the diaphragm is usually the solution.
The new membrane can then be inserted in the same orientation and the cover screwed back on again.
The diaphragm is suitable for all HUNTER plastic solenoid valves in the ICV-FS series with a diameter of 1 1/2" and 2" connections.
