Wall Mounting Filter Unit with Main Valve, 25 mm (3/4") Plug&Rain® Expert

Dirt particles such as grains of sand, rust from corroded supply pipes or lime sediments are very often found in tap water. The dirt contamination load is even higher for well and cistern water. These pollutants can disrupt the function of your irrigation system and thus cause damage to your garden, especially during an extended period of unattended operation. With a Plug&Rain® filter unit you can significantly increase the reliability, operational safety and life expectancy of your irrigation system.

The Plug&Rain® wall mounting filter unit Expert is a technically advanced filter unit with an extended range of functions including a manual shut-off valve, an electric main valve and an inlet for compressed air.

The installed filter unit with a mesh size of 120 mesh reliably protects your irrigation system from contamination and even at flow rates of up to 3 m³/h, the pressure loss does not exceed 0.1 bar.
If the filter is clogged - indicated by the decreasing operating pressure of the irrigation system - you can simply rinse it after opening the filter cap.

The electric main valve is automatically operated by your Plug&Rain® control system and depressurises the entire installation outside the watering times, thus increasing operational safety.
Before winter, you can empty your complete irrigation system conveniently and professionally via the compressed air inlet.

The Plug&Rain® Expert filter unit is shipped pre-assembled in two parts. The two parts can be joined easily and quickly with the enclosed screw fitting.
