Esybox Diver X 55/120 submersible pump - DAB

The Esybox Diver is an electronic multi-stage submersible pump with frequency converter that prevents the pump from running dry and thus protects the components. This pump is particularly popular for use in wells, tanks or cisterns. Thanks to the IP68 certification, the pump is designed to be operated permanently under water. This means that it can be operated completely submerged or only partially submerged. The pump is usually used vertically, but horizontal installation is also possible. However, if the pump is to be used as a surface pump, this is also possible with accessories from DAB.

The possibility of combining a second Esybox Diver with the existing one is particularly interesting. Here the pumps can work together in twin mode or in support mode. The advantage of this is that the pumps support each other if more power is required.

Thanks to PLC (Power Line Communication) and WiFi, the DConnect Box 2 and the DConnect app can be used to control and manage system pressure, alarms or the residual water volume, for example. The DConnect Box 2 is already included in the scope of delivery. DAB has even given the Esybox Diver an integrated expansion tank to minimize or prevent the occurrence of water leaks. This has a volume of 0.04 l and is maintenance-free.

The body of the pump is made of a special technopolymer and is therefore particularly resistant to oxidation and corrosion. The pump technology also has an integrated dirt filter, a non-return valve, a pressure relief valve and a venting valve located on the outside of the pump body. Just like the body, the robust handle is made of technopolymer and ensures the longest possible service life. The coupling between the impellers (technopolymer), the floating ring and the stainless steel discs ensures limited wear of the internal hydraulics and precise alignment of the components.

The heart of the pump is the asynchronous, water-cooled submersible motor. The hydraulic side of the motor shaft is made of an AISI 303 stainless steel alloy. The watertightness of the pump is achieved by a double mechanical seal located in an oil chamber. A starting capacitor provides integrated overheating protection for the motor. The cable can also be removed during installation to make work easier.

Electronic operation allows the pump to start and stop automatically. The intake has a 1" internal thread and the pump opening has a 1 1/4" internal thread.
