The DVS Drip Line EXPERT is suitable for both surface and subsurface installation thanks to the integrated anti-siphon mechanism of the DVS DL-AS emitter. When the system shuts down, a spring-loaded membrane barrier mechanically seals the emitter outlet — soil particles, sand or silt cannot be drawn in. Additional air release valves at the highest point of the system are therefore unnecessary. The pressure-compensating DVS DL-AS emitters deliver uniform irrigation over the entire length of the drip line — including on slopes and long runs.

The DVS Drip Line EXPERT is the next generation of classic subsurface drip irrigation: instead of relying on chemical additives or metal elements, a purely mechanical locking mechanism permanently protects the emitter from contamination — independent of soil pH, water chemistry or season. With an effective filtration area of 137.78 mm² — the largest in the class of compact anti-siphon flat emitters — and a particularly thick silicone diaphragm, the DVS Drip Line EXPERT is designed for decades of low-maintenance operation.

Install. Forget. Done.
The integrated anti-siphon mechanism of the DVS DL-AS emitter provides purely mechanical protection against the ingress of soil particles — no chemical additives, no copper elements, no maintenance required. The flat emitter design reduces pressure loss in the line, enables longer runs and significantly simplifies installation.

Reliable.
The pressure-compensating DVS DL-AS emitters ensure uniform flow over the entire line length — with a coefficient of variation (CV) of less than 3 % across the operating range of 0.6 to 4.0 bar. Whether the first or last plant on the run: each receives exactly the same amount of water. The effective filtration area of 137.78 mm² at 580 micron slot width offers maximum tolerance towards suspended particles and noticeably extends maintenance intervals at the main filter.

Durable.
The brown UV-stabilised PE pipe blends discreetly into planting areas and bark mulch and is designed for permanent surface as well as subsurface installation. The particularly thick chemical-resistant silicone diaphragm of the DVS DL-AS emitter maintains its regulation accuracy even under years of fertiliser exposure — for a system designed for longevity from the outset.
