DTRON3 X 45/90 7" submersible pump - DAB

The DTRON3 from DAB is a multi-stage electronic submersible pump for use with clean water from wells, tanks or cisterns. It is possible to operate the pump fully or only partially submerged. Special accessories also make it possible to install the pump completely dry and therefore outside the well or cistern. The pump can also be installed horizontally. The pump is equipped with DAB's own Power Line Communication, which enables both communication and control via the COM box included in the scope of delivery. Communication takes place via the power line to the COM box through the PLC. The electronic operation enables the pump to start and stop automatically and also protects against dry running. The DTRON3 pump is classified with IP68 and is therefore intended for permanent use under water. DAB has even equipped the DTRON3 with an integrated expansion tank to minimize or prevent the occurrence of water hammer. This has a volume of 0.04 liters and is maintenance-free.

The body of the pump is made of a special technopolymer and is therefore particularly resistant to oxidation and corrosion. The pump technology also has an integrated dirt filter, a non-return valve, a pressure relief valve and a venting valve located on the outside of the pump body. Just like the body, the robust handle is made of technopolymer and ensures the longest possible service life. The coupling (technopolymer) between the impellers, the floating ring and the stainless steel disks ensures wear-free operation of the internal hydraulics. The residual water level of the pump can also be adjusted.

The heart of the pump is, of course, the asynchronous, water-cooled submersible motor. The hydraulic side of the motor shaft is made of an AISI 303 stainless steel alloy. The watertightness of the pump is achieved by a double mechanical seal located in a Öl chamber.

The suction has a 1" internal thread and the pump opening has a 1 1/4" internal thread.
