Connection set for drinking water separating station Pedrollo TS-Basic / RW-Basic

These installation instructions explain the use and installation of the connection set TS-Basic / RW-Basic. Further operating and
installation instructions concerning components/accessories for the product must also be observed.
Product information

The connection set described here can only be used for a drinking water separation station of type TS-Basic, or a system control of type RW-Basic! Please also observe the installation instructions for the respective TS-Basic or
RW-Basic.

The "connection set" allows a flexible installation of the above mentioned devices. The 3/4" armored hose and ball valve
is used to connect the drinking water make-up line to the unit. A further 1" armored hose and ball valve is connected to the
pressure outlet of the unit.

Through the connection set to the separation station are:
- vibration and noise transmissions into the pipe network are avoided,
- installation inaccuracies are compensated,
- drinking water to the unit as well as the pressure line of the unit can be shut off at any time,
- maintenance and repairs are possible with little effort,
- the supply can be shut off in case of long absences.
(In case of absence of more than 3 days, the drinking water supply to the unit must be shut off!)

Installation of the connection set for separation stations

- Connect the union ring of the 3/4" armored hose tightly and firmly to the drinking water connection of the unit by means of the enclosed sealing ring.
- Connect the 3/4" brass ball valve tightly and firmly to the 3/4" male end of the armored hose.
- Connect the 3/4" brass ball valve tightly and firmly to the existing drinking water line.
- Connect 1" ET of the 1" armored hose tightly and firmly to the pressure outlet of the device.
- Connect the union nut of the 1" armored hose tightly and firmly to the 1" male end of the brass ball valve 1" using the enclosed sealing ring.
- Connect the 3/4" brass ball valve tightly and firmly to the existing pressure line to the consumers.

The installation should be carried out by a qualified plumber.
