An impressive 50 x 100-metre riding arena requires a sprinkler layout that has been precisely designed for this exceptional size. The optimal overlap guarantees even irrigation, so that the entire area is watered without gaps – perfect for large equestrian centres with the highest demands.

With 11 solenoid valves, this set offers first-class control of the water supply. The solenoid valves are integrated directly into the pipes, which reduces material consumption and facilitates installation. At the same time, it enables reliable and precise irrigation. This set uses the ICV-151G model with Hunter flow control. This solenoid valve impresses with its extremely robust construction, which has been specially developed for demanding and professional irrigation systems. With an integrated flow regulator, it allows for precise adjustment of the amount of water, ensuring optimal irrigation control. The valve is made of high-strength glass-fibre reinforced plastic and is particularly resistant to pressure and temperature changes. With a 1-inch connection, the ICV-151G is ideal for large and complex irrigation systems and offers maximum reliability and durability.

The Hunter I-80 gear-driven sprinkler is the solution for large and demanding riding arenas. With a throw range of 19 to 29.6 metres, a robust stainless steel riser and wind-resistant triple nozzles, it guarantees even water distribution and maximum efficiency. Thanks to the Total-Top-Service (TTS) system, it can be easily maintained from above without the need for digging. The I-80 impresses with durability, precision and optimal results – perfect for dust-free, professional riding arena irrigation. With 11 sprinklers, this set offers a first-class irrigation solution that guarantees even water distribution. The strategic placement of the sprinklers ensures perfect overlap, thus achieving complete coverage and optimal efficiency. A single sprinkler in this set consumes 12 m3/h of water and is therefore optimally designed for precise and efficient irrigation. This consumption allows for an even distribution of water and ensures that the riding arena is reliably watered. The consumption of all sprinklers in this set is 132 m3/h. To achieve the correct throw range, the nozzle no. 53 is used in the sprinkler.

This set contains 522 metres of piping that is specially designed for the irrigation system. Pipes with a diameter of 63 and 75 mm are used in this set for watering the riding arena. The pipe diameter is optimally matched to the requirements of the irrigation system and ensures reliable water supply and efficient performance. This design ensures a safe and long-lasting installation.

Included is a bevelling tool specially designed for deburring PE pipes with a diameter of up to 63 mm. It makes installation much easier because the pipes can be prepared cleanly and with precision. A fitting key, specially designed for installing the clamp connectors, is also included. This tool makes installing the clamp connections much easier. The key ensures a secure fit and a reliable seal, which supports the efficiency and durability of the entire irrigation system. Also included are cutter pliers specially designed for precise cutting of PE pipes. This achieves clean and straight cuts, which simplifies installation and ensures an optimal fit of the pipe in the compression fitting. The set also includes a robust craftsman's knife, which is ideal for deburring the large 75 mm pipes. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship and sharp blade, it enables clean cuts and precise work, which facilitates the installation of the irrigation system and ensures that the connections fit perfectly. A practical folding saw, specially designed for cutting large 75 mm pipes, makes light work of cutting larger pipe diameters. Due to the large pipe diameter, the saw is indispensable for cutting the pipes into the appropriate sizes. The robust folding saw lies comfortably in the hand and makes installing the irrigation system considerably easier.

Each set also includes a wide range of installation materials for setting up the irrigation system. This includes compression fittings in the appropriate sizes, pipe clamps, hanger bolts, wall plugs, as well as cable and electrical connectors for the secure electrical connection of the solenoid valves. Using the accessories, the system can be installed smoothly and completely.
