A 30 x 60-metre riding arena requires a sprinkler layout that is perfectly adapted to the larger surface area. The carefully planned overlap guarantees even irrigation and prevents dust formation, ideally preparing the entire area for training sessions.

With 6 solenoid valves, this set ensures efficient and precise water control. The solenoid valves are integrated into the lines, reducing material and installation costs while enabling reliable irrigation. The Hunter ICV-151G model with flow control is used in this set. This solenoid valve impresses with its extremely robust construction, which has been specially developed for demanding and professional irrigation systems. With an integrated flow regulator, it allows for precise adjustment of the amount of water, ensuring optimal irrigation control. The valve is made of high-strength glass-fibre reinforced plastic and is particularly resistant to pressure and temperature changes. With a 1-inch connection, the ICV-151G is ideal for large and complex irrigation systems and offers maximum reliability and durability.

The Hunter I-80 gear-driven sprinkler is the solution for large and demanding riding arenas. With a throw range of 19 to 29.6 metres, a robust stainless steel riser and wind-resistant triple nozzles, it guarantees even water distribution and maximum efficiency. Thanks to the Total-Top-Service (TTS) system, it can be easily maintained from above without the need for digging. The I-80 impresses with its durability, precision and optimal results – perfect for dust-free, professional riding arena irrigation. With 6 sprinklers, this set offers a well-thought-out irrigation solution in which the number of sprinklers and their positioning are perfectly coordinated. The additional cover ensures that water is distributed without gaps, resulting in even wetting of the soil without dry areas. A single sprinkler in this set uses 8.7 m³/h of water and is therefore optimally designed for precise and efficient irrigation. This consumption enables even water distribution and ensures that the riding arena is reliably watered. The consumption of all sprinklers in this set is 52.2 m³/h. To achieve the correct throw range, nozzle no. 38 is used in the sprinkler.

This set does not include any PE pipes. A total of 216 metres of pipe with a diameter of 50 mm is required for installation. This dimension is optimally matched to the requirements of the irrigation system and ensures reliable water supply and efficient performance.

Included is a chamfering tool specially designed for deburring PE pipes with a diameter of up to 63 mm. It makes installation much easier, as the pipes can be prepared cleanly and with precision. A fitting key, specially designed for installing the clamp connectors, is also included. This tool makes installing the clamp connections much easier. The key ensures a secure fit and a reliable seal, which supports the efficiency and durability of the entire irrigation system. Also included are cutting pliers specially designed for precise cutting of PE pipes. These achieve clean and straight cuts, which simplifies installation and ensures an optimal fit of the pipe in the clamp connector.

Each kit also includes extensive installation materials that enable the installation of the irrigation system. These include compression fittings in the appropriate sizes, pipe clamps, hanger bolts, wall plugs, cables and electrical connectors for the secure electrical connection of the solenoid valves. With these accessories, the system can be installed smoothly and completely.
