A 30 x 60 meter riding arena requires a sprinkler layout that is perfectly adapted to the larger area. The carefully planned overlap guarantees even irrigation and prevents dust formation, ideally preparing the entire area for training sessions.

With 6 solenoid valves, this set offers optimal control of the water supply. Each solenoid valve controls a sprinkler segment and is integrated into the line, saving both material and labor during installation. The PGV-101G model with Hunter flow control is used in this set. This solenoid valve is characterized by its robust construction and durability, which has been specially developed for irrigation systems. Thanks to the integrated flow control, the amount of water can be precisely adjusted to ensure optimal irrigation. The valve is made of high-quality plastic and is therefore particularly resistant to pressure and temperature fluctuations. With a 1-inch connection and easy maintenance, the PGV-101G is ideal for reliable use in irrigation systems.

The Hunter I-25-04 rotor is one of the highest quality solutions for riding arena irrigation. With a throw range of 11.9 to 21.6 meters and an adjustable spray sector of 50° to 360°, this sprinkler offers maximum range and precision. Its robust construction and high-quality materials make it particularly durable and reliable, even under demanding conditions. The I-25-04 ensures an even water distribution and effectively reduces dust formation in the riding sand, thus creating optimal conditions for horse and rider. Perfect for large areas where performance and quality are paramount. With 6 sprinklers, this set offers a well-thought-out irrigation solution in which the number of sprinklers and their positioning are perfectly coordinated. The additional cover ensures complete water distribution, achieving even wetting of the soil without dry areas. A single sprinkler in this set consumes 5.7 m³/h of water and is therefore optimally designed for precise and efficient irrigation. This consumption enables even water distribution and ensures that the riding arena is reliably watered. The consumption of all sprinklers in this set is 34.2 m³/h. To achieve the correct throw range, nozzle no. 25 is used in the sprinkler.

This set includes pipes with a total length of 212 meters, which are specially designed for the requirements of the irrigation system. Pipes with a diameter of 40 mm are used in this set for watering the riding arena. The pipe diameter is optimally matched to the requirements of the irrigation system and ensures reliable water supply and efficient performance. This design ensures a safe and long-lasting installation.

Included is a beveling tool specially designed for deburring PE pipes with a diameter of up to 63 mm. It makes installation much easier because the pipes can be prepared cleanly and precisely. A fitting wrench specially designed for assembling the clamp connectors is also included. This tool makes installing the clamp connections much easier. The key ensures a secure fit and a reliable seal, which supports the efficiency and durability of the entire irrigation system. Also included are cutting pliers specially designed for precise cutting of PE pipes. These achieve clean and straight cuts, which simplifies installation and ensures an optimal fit of the pipe in the compression fitting.

Each kit also includes extensive mounting material that enables the installation of the irrigation system. These include compression fittings in the appropriate sizes, pipe clamps, hanger bolts, wall plugs, as well as cable and electrical connectors for the secure electrical connection of the solenoid valves. With the help of these accessories, the system can be installed smoothly and completely.
