A 30 x 60-metre riding arena requires a sprinkler layout that is perfectly adapted to the larger surface area. The carefully planned overlap guarantees even irrigation and prevents dust formation, ideally preparing the entire area for training sessions.

This kit uses 10 solenoid valves to precisely control the distribution of water. Integrating valves into the lines minimises material requirements and simplifies installation without compromising efficiency. This set uses the PGV-101G model with flow regulation from Hunter. This solenoid valve is characterised by its robust construction and durability, which has been specially developed for irrigation systems. Thanks to the integrated flow control, the amount of water can be precisely adjusted to ensure optimal irrigation. The valve is made of high-quality plastic and is therefore particularly resistant to pressure and temperature fluctuations. With a 1-inch connection and easy maintenance, the PGV-101G is ideal for reliable use in irrigation systems.

The Hunter PGP-ADJ rotor is a versatile and proven solution for equestrian centre irrigation. With an adjustable spray sector of 40° to 360° and a robust construction, it is perfectly suited to the requirements of an equestrian centre. Its precise water distribution effectively reduces dust and ensures that the sand is evenly moistened. Thanks to the durable materials and reliable technology, the PGP-ADJ is ideal for use on riding arenas to create optimal conditions for horse and rider. This set includes a configuration with 10 sprinklers, which is designed for optimal water distribution. The coordinated positioning of the sprinklers ensures complete overlap and even wetting, creating ideal conditions for a dust-free and thoroughly moistened surface. A single sprinkler in this set consumes 1.5 m³/h of water and is therefore optimally designed for precise and efficient irrigation. This consumption enables even water distribution and ensures that the riding arena is reliably watered. The consumption of all sprinklers in this set is 15 m3/h. In order to achieve the correct throw range, the nozzle no. 8 is used in the sprinkler.

This set does not include any PE pipes. A total of 325 metres of pipe with diameters of 32 and 40 mm is required for installation. These dimensions are optimally matched to the requirements of the irrigation system and ensure reliable water supply and efficient performance.

Each set also includes extensive installation material to enable the installation of the irrigation system. These include compression fittings in the appropriate sizes, pipe clamps, hanger bolts, wall plugs, as well as cable and electrical connectors for the secure electrical connection of the solenoid valves. With the help of these accessories, the system can be installed smoothly and completely.
