This is how it works:\n\n**Step 1: Before you start – measure the water pressure and flow rate**\n\nBefore you start, you should know how much **water pressure**and **flow rate**are available at your connection. You can easily determine this with a **flow meter**.\n\n**Why is this important?**The water pressure (= your available water volume) can be used to determine how many sprinklers you can operate at the same time to achieve optimal irrigation results for your garden.\n\nUse our **affordable measuring device** to determine your water volume\n👉 **[To the measuring device](https://dvs-beregnung.de/measuring-device-pressure-flow-rate-determine-available-quantity-water-irrigation)**\n\nWould you also like to get a first impression of your garden watering? Then you are welcome to try our **test set including a measuring device**.\n👉 **[Test set](https://dvs-beregnung.de/test-set-system-hausgarten-bewaesserung-messgeraet-mp-rotator-und-verbinder_1)**\n\n[![Messe deinen Wasserdruck: Mit dem DVS Planungsprogramm zur perfekten Gartenbewässerung](https://dvs-beregnung.de/media/image/opc/xl/banner/tutorial%20messgerät.png)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_-syGUXJHo)\n\n[![Anmeldung im DVS Beregnungsplaner](https://dvs-beregnung.de/media/image/opc/xl/banner/anmeldung%20dvs%20beregnungsplaner.png)](https://dvs-beregnung.de/registrieren)\n\n**Step 2: Register with DVS irrigation planner**\n\nRegister for free with our **online planning software**. This is where your **personal irrigation plan** begins, perfectly tailored to your garden.\n\nTo use the DVS irrigation planner, you just need to log in to our**online store or register as a new customer**. Your irrigation plan and your projects are displayed and saved by the planning software directly in your customer account under the heading “Garden Plans”.\n\n[Register now\n\n](https://dvs-beregnung.de/My-account)\n\n**Step 3: Simply plan online with the DVS irrigation planner**\n\nThe planner itself will guide you step by step through the entire planning process:\n\n1. **Draw in the areas**– The first step is to draw in all the areas to be watered in the software. A true-to-scale plan (JPEG) is ideal, which you can then scale after uploading. All lawns are planned with pop-up sprinklers, all beds and hedges with drip tubes.\n2. **Determine water connection & system elements** – You determine the location of your water connection and enter the available water quantity (measuring device / characteristic curve). This is used later to precisely dimension the sprinkler circles. Then you determine where your control and valve box should be installed.\n3. **Automatically place sprinklers** – You can let the software automatically place the sprinklers. The algorithm and precipitation simulation ensure that you can optimally cover your entire lawn. For even and efficient lawn irrigation.\n4. **Calculate lines and define** zones – In the next step, the software automatically calculates the line routing. We always take into account the available amount of water and calculate the pressure loss. In this step, you can divide your system into meaningful zones (sun / shade) and ensure that the irrigation zones are evenly utilized. We are happy to help!\n5. **Checkout order & optionally request an audit** – The software creates a complete parts list for you with all the materials you need, from sprinklers to pipes and valves to a controller, so you have a clear overview of your irrigation system. You can get this parts list by ordering one of our checkouts including a shopping voucher – optionally including a check by our team of experts or a team meeting. This way, you can be sure that everything is perfectly coordinated.\n\n[Watch tutorial\n\n](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BrDEeEdA5Tk)\n\n[![DVS Beregnungsplaner - 5 Schritte zur Bewässerungsplanung](https://dvs-beregnung.de/media/image/opc/xl/banner/5%20schritte%20software.jpg)](https://dvs-beregnung.de/Garten-Planer)\n\n![Stückliste aller für die Installation benötigten Bewässerungsmaterialien](https://dvs-beregnung.de/media/image/opc/xl/banner/materialliste.png)\n\n**Step 4: Checkout & select additional options**\n\nWhen the planning is complete, you can choose from a range of **checkout options**:\n\n1. **Basic checkout (€29)**– You will receive the complete list of materials with all the components needed, along with a €50 voucher for your order of €1000 or more in the DVS online store. 👉 **[Video explanation](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yokCqoCczuE)**\n2. **Comfort Checkout (€79)**– In addition to the material list and a 10% voucher, our professionals will check your planning, optimize it if necessary and make sure that all components fit together perfectly. 👉 **[Video explanation](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKtsjsapRsk)**\n3. **5-star checkout (€195)** – The all-round carefree package: In addition to the material list, a 12-month 10% voucher and a professional check, you get a 30-minute team meeting with one of our planning experts.
