# Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DVS Beregnung, Sole proprietorship, Andreas Maurer, Ernst-Simon-Str. 8, 72072 Tübingen, Tel: 07071-1450050, email:
info@dvs-beregnung.de) by means of a clear explanation (e.g. a letter sent by post, email, etc.) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory.

You may also electronically complete and submit the sample withdrawal form or other unambiguous statement on our website www.dvs-beregnung.de If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right to call for a ram before the expiry of the revocation period.

 

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment for such refund as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the Goods back or until you have proved that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us (DVS Beregnung, Andreas Maurer, Ernst-Simon-Str. 8, 72072 Tübingen, Germany) immediately and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract at the latest. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and function of the goods.

The right of revocation does not apply to distance contracts.
- for the delivery of goods which are manufactured according to customer specifications or
- are clearly tailored to personal needs

This applies to our pre-assembled and fully assembled sets which are ordered via the order in our online configurator and then custom-made.
